The thermometer is equipped with a 4,3” stainless steel probe with a highly-precise sensor to ensure readings within 3-4 secs with an accuracy of ±0,9°F (±0,5°C); a wide temperature measurement range of -58° F – 572°F (-50°C- 300°C). The thermometer has an IP65 waterproof rating and can be rinsed safely under running water. The 2.0” crystal clear, back-lit display provides superior clarity of the temperature readings in all lighting conditions; the 180° display will rotate automatically depending on your needs.The thermometer turns on automatically when the probe is unfolded and turns off when it is folded back. The lock button stores the current readings even after the probe has been removed from the heat source to help you keep your hands away from the heat and read the temperature safely.
